If You Experience Issues with Credit Card Payments

We have received reports of an issue where some users are unable to complete their credit card payments. Specifically, after selecting “Credit Card” on the payment page, users are redirected back to the “Confirm the details” screen (Work List page).

This is likely due to a technical issue with the 3D Secure API. While we work on a permanent fix, please follow these steps to complete your payment:

1. Submit a new entry with the same details and select “Bank transfer” as your payment method.

2. You will receive an automated email with the subject “Application Fee and Payment Transfer.” Please forward your Receipt Number, Name, and School Name to info@jagda-gakusei.jp.

*To ensure smooth processing, please use the subject line: “Credit card payment request”.

3. JAGDA will reply to your email with a direct link for credit card payment.

4. Please use the provided link to complete the transaction.

Your application will be officially accepted once we confirm the completion of your payment. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation.
