A label must be attached on the backside of the poster(s).

Notes:
– The poster must be printed material in full B1 size (do not include trim marks). It must be the exact same design as the previously submitted work (any alterations of the design are not accepted).
– Three-dimensional, untrimmed (uncut and oversized with trim marks remaining), paneled, mounted and/or framed works are not accepted.
– A label must be taped at the bottom right corner of the backside of each poster (*for a series, one label per poster). Use the label specified (to be downloaded).
– To prevent shipping damages, pack with extra care.
– Shipping and any other incurring fees are payable by the applicant.

Kinko’s Japan Ltd. is offering a one-stop service for printing, packaging, shipping, and delivery of posters to JAGDA for JISPA2024.
The print paper can be selected from semi-gloss / glossy / matt.

[Common to A and B]
Notes:
– This poster will be displayed at the exhibition to be held following the final rounds of judging and will not be returned. However, if you wish to have the poster returned, notify the Secretariat in advance (*prior to shipping the poster) and it can be returned by cash on delivery once the exhibition ends. Please notify us by email. The works will be returned after the Tokyo exhibition in December. Returned works will not be included in subsequent touring exhibitions in Japan and abroad.
